Connect any IMAP mailbox and Invoxly sweeps it nightly per contract, asks the AI which messages are genuine invoices, and imports the PDF attachments straight into the extraction pipeline — with a dry-run test mode to preview what would be collected.

Proton Mail accounts are supported too, including two-factor login: connect once and the encrypted session persists, so nightly collection keeps running without re-authenticating.

A focused, read-only workspace for tax advisers: pick a month range to see total expenses and income, switch the accounting mode (invoice date or Leistungszeitraum), and export either as an Excel sheet or a ZIP of the invoice PDFs. Drill into the expenses, invoices and contract details, opening any original document. Members with the tax-adviser role see only this view.

Opt in per organisation and Invoxly reads the payment method off each invoice, de-duplicates them and links every invoice to one. Manage them under Manage → Payment Methods.
